Extract drivers, constraints, scale, security, transition needs, and the decisions that actually matter.
A concentrated 16-session coaching program for experienced Salesforce architects who need domain depth, clearer executive communication, and repeated practice under CTA-style pressure.
The program turns knowledge into a board-ready habit. Every session connects business requirements to enterprise ownership, system responsibility, implementation choices, and operational consequences.
Extract drivers, constraints, scale, security, transition needs, and the decisions that actually matter.
Place capabilities in the right systems, justify the pattern, reject viable alternatives, and expose trade-offs.
Present with a coherent story, withstand challenges, correct cleanly, and pivot when a premise changes.
Every candidate begins with a readiness baseline. The coaching emphasis then adapts to the recurring technical, reasoning, presentation, and Q&A gaps revealed by practice.
Confirm your target gate, preparation window, current experience, constraints, and whether this program is the right intervention.
Establish a baseline, identify high-risk domains and communication patterns, and agree the study and practice priorities.
Use written scorecards, recurring-gap tracking, corrected decisions, and mock performance to adjust the plan and assess readiness.
CTA Boardroom is deliberately demanding. It works best when the candidate already has meaningful Salesforce delivery and client-facing architecture experience.
A defined 16-session journey gives candidates clear scope while preserving enough flexibility to spend more coaching time where the evidence shows it is needed.
Salesforce currently describes the Evaluation as 60 minutes to prepare, 30 minutes to present, and 30 minutes of Q&A. The final Review Board gives 180 minutes to prepare, followed by a 45-minute presentation and 40-minute Q&A.
The program combines a primary coaching relationship with an additional CTA lens at selected checkpoints and mocks, giving the candidate exposure to different questioning styles.
Vipul leads the coaching journey with a practical Review Board lens: connect every recommendation to business value, make system boundaries explicit, and defend the trade-offs without hiding behind platform terminology.
Featured by Salesforce for systems thinking and architecture leadership, Nishit brings cross-industry problem solving, decision clarity, and an enterprise view of how data, integration, security, AI, and operations affect one another.
Each track produces a reusable architecture artifact and ends with a judge-style defense. The objective is not feature recall. It is sound enterprise reasoning under time pressure.
Enterprise landscape, org strategy, scale, channels, reporting, licensing
+Least privilege, sharing, external users, SSO, access control, audit
+Model, ownership, migration, quality, LDV, retention, archive, analytics
+End-to-end process, capability placement, config vs code, UX, products
+Landscape, patterns, APIs, events, middleware, errors, transactions
+Delivery method, environments, source control, CI/CD, quality, transition
+Decision rights, standards, risk, quality, architecture authority, operations
+Story, diagrams, recommendations, objections, corrections, pivots
+Each live session is 90 minutes. Preparation is completed asynchronously so coaching time is spent on reasoning, presentation, challenge, and feedback.
Translate the landscape into system boundaries, ownership, org strategy, channels, scale, licensing, reporting, and an executable transition state.
Build the end-to-end access story for employees, partners, customers, integrations, and administrators using least privilege and defense in depth.
Model operational data, define ownership, address LDV and retention, and create a migration plan with validation, rollback, and reporting continuity.
Turn fragmented requirements into one coherent user and business process, selecting the lowest-complexity defensible capability placement.
Design APIs, events, batch, middleware, transaction boundaries, error handling, monitoring, security, and reconciliation as one operating model.
Design team and environment topology, CI/CD, testing, security gates, releases, rollback, and safe coexistence during transition.
Make decision rights, technical standards, design authority, risk ownership, quality gates, and operational acceptance concrete.
Build the presentation story, simplify diagrams, sharpen recommendation language, and practice objection handling, correction, and pivots.
Timed Evaluation-style scenario. Establish the baseline across coverage, decision quality, diagram clarity, pacing, and Q&A.
Focus on end-to-end traceability and the ripple effects between security, data, integration, delivery, and operations.
Pressure-test presentation structure, visual economy, decisive language, business alignment, and control of the room.
Rapid-fire challenge session emphasizing alternatives, assumptions, correction quality, changed requirements, and recovery.
A full-board scenario spanning multi-country operations, partner access, enterprise integration, data ownership, and rollout.
A scale-heavy scenario covering digital experience, identity, service, privacy, performance, analytics, and operational resilience.
A complex landscape involving sales, service, field operations, ERP, analytics, acquisitions, and phased coexistence.
A no-coaching simulation followed by calibrated feedback, recurring-pattern analysis, and a personal go/no-go readiness plan.
Scenario or domain assignment, timed preparation, and a written recommendation with assumptions and decisions.
Presentation, targeted teaching, judge-style challenge, alternative analysis, and cross-domain consequence checks.
Scorecard, priority gaps, corrected decisions, reusable artifact, and a focused practice assignment.
Three clear options let candidates enter at the right stage. The complete package is intentionally priced below the two specialist packages purchased separately.
Pricing assumes 90-minute live sessions, asynchronous preparation by the candidate, coach review of submitted work, session scorecards, and a primary CTA coach with a guest CTA joining selected checkpoints.
The curriculum paraphrases source objectives. It does not reproduce exam questions or proprietary scenario content.
